We take guns in part exchange against anything in the gun room. It is the fastest way to move up without waiting for a private sale, and there is no advertising, no strangers coming to your house and no bank transfer to worry about.
Bring the gun in with your certificate and we will look at it while you wait. What we offer depends on what it is, its condition, its proof, its wall thickness and, honestly, how quickly we think it will sell on. Popular gauges and barrel lengths in good order are worth more to us than something we will have on the rack for a year. We will explain how we arrived at the figure and you are free to say no.
You can part exchange more than one gun against a single purchase, and you can part exchange against a gun you have ordered but not yet collected. If your gun is worth more than the one you are buying, we will pay you the difference. If your certificate does not have a slot free for the new gun, we can hold it here until your variation comes through.
If you would rather not travel on spec, send us photographs, the make, model, gauge, barrel length and chamber length, and an honest account of the condition, and we will give you a ballpark figure by email.
