How buying works

You will need a shotgun certificate

We have to see the original certificate — not a photocopy or a photo on your phone — before the gun can leave the shop. We enter the transfer in our register while you are here and notify your firearms licensing department inside the seven days the law allows.

Handover is face to face

We do not put guns in the post. You collect from the shop at Staverton, or we hand over in person, so you get to mount it, check the fit and ask questions before you take it away. Reserve it and we will have it out of the cabinet and ready when you arrive.

Payment and part exchange

Pay on collection by card, cash or bank transfer — nothing is taken online. We take guns in part exchange against anything on the list, so bring yours along or ring 01327 705 497 and we will give you an honest idea of its value first.
